PLAN CLEARLY · RIDE RESPONSIBLY

THE RULES
BEFORE THE RAMP.

These are the operating principles for the BAZA concept. The signed rental agreement and confirmed checkout terms will be the final authority at launch.

01

Weather & route

Wind, lightning, visibility, current and sea state may change the departure, route or maximum range. BAZA can move or reschedule a day when the operating plan is no longer responsible.

02

Rider eligibility

Every operator must satisfy the current Florida boating requirements and BAZA’s age, identity, experience and safety criteria. The final requirements appear before payment.

03

Safety equipment

A suitable PFD and required onboard safety equipment are supplied. Riders must follow the briefed operating area, navigation plan, communication protocol and return time.

04

Payment & security

The confirmed offer will state taxes, booking charges, payment timing and any refundable security authorization. No charge is made by the inquiry form on this concept site.

05

Changes & cancellation

The final checkout terms will define customer changes, late cancellation, no-show treatment and BAZA-initiated weather changes. Review those terms before paying.

06

Damage & equipment

The lead guest is responsible for the machine and issued equipment during the rental. Condition is documented at handover and return; final liability terms appear in the rental agreement.
